Poage Farm Road Improvement Updates

The water main installation is complete. Water service replacements will be done over the next several weeks followed by the roadway pavement resurfacing.

Work starts Monday, August 4th on Whitthorne Dr. with water main installation).
July 11, 2025
Work is scheduled to start July 21st and be completed this fall. The project includes new water main and services on Poage Farm Rd. and Whitthorne Dr. as well as pavement resurfacing for all streets in this area.

Public meeting was held this week. Work is scheduled to start in early July and be completed this fall.
May 30, 2025
A contract was awarded to Fred A Nemann Company to construction this project, which includes resurfacing of all the streets off Poage Farm Rd. (Compton Hills, Meadow, Whitthorne, Chenora) as well as installing new water main and services on Poage Farm and Whitthorne. Work is anticipated to begin in early July and be completed this fall. A public information meeting will be held in late June for those residents interested in learning more about the project.
