Overview
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is an advisory board to the Planning Commission and City Council on matters related to the development of the City, including the architectural and site characteristics of developments, including circulation, and landscaping; as well as review of alterations to historic properties. The ARB is established by Chapter 1139 of the Zoning Code. This Board consists of three professional architects who are citizens.
