Kindervelt #8 will hold their annual Christmas Tree Sale at the Wyoming High School Tennis Courts on Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7. Proceeds benefit the Leukemia Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. We will have an assortment of Frazier Firs, Balsam Firs, and Douglas Firs in a variety of sizes, as well as wreaths, roping, centerpieces, and more! Come early for the best selection! The event will include light refreshments and take place in the Bob Yearout Professional Development Room in the middle school’s Learning Commons. The gathering will wrap up prior to that evening’s Board of Education Meeting at 7 p.m. in the Wyoming City Schools Central Office Conference Room.

Hartwell tree lighting is for all of our neighbors, you can take photos with Santa, ride a free holiday hayride around the block, we will have hot chocolate, warm soups, gifts, cookies, Christmas tree sales, bonfire, dinner items, and libations. This is a family-friendly community event, all are welcome to join, it will be very festive.

Primary Schools Construction Project Timeline

The Wyoming Primary Schools Construction Project is underway! There has been a recent adjustment to the construction timeline. Students are now scheduled to move into the new Hilltop School at the end of the summer of 2027 (rather than January of 2027). Vermont students will use Friendship United Methodist Church as a temporary instruction space after Hilltop students move into their new school. The new Vermont School is scheduled to be ready for students at the end of the summer of 2028. Construction at Elm School is scheduled to begin this summer. The new Elm School is scheduled to be ready for students at the end of the summer of 2027. FREE Community Concert featuring CCM Students

The Wyoming Fine Arts Center is pleased to present a free public concert in partnership with the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music’s Secondary Piano and Piano Pedagogy Department. The evening will feature solo piano performances of classical and holiday-themed works by CCM’s secondary piano students and their teachers. Admission is free and open to all. Registration is encouraged but not required. A freewill donation of $10 is suggested to support the Center’s programs. If you’d like to donate more, please use the form at the bottom of this page. Free childcare will be available during the concert, and all ages are welcome to attend. Please register ahead of time for childcare.
