The Human Resources Department reports directly to the City Manager and is staffed by a full-time Director of Administration. The Human Resources Department is committed to providing high-quality services to City staff as well as to the citizens we serve. We strive to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
The department has the responsibility for civil service, policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee wellness, personnel record maintenance, employment law interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
